I am fifty three years I did not have computer technology to begin with in my childhood and now I don't know much about its technical side. If my system contracts a problem I have to wait for days for an engineer and pay a lot to get it fixed. I was skeptical of using Live PC Expert, or any on-line help / service company, but I had a problem with my TOSHIBA laptop that messed up the keyboard and it was killing my productivity. After talking with the rep I bought a 1 year warranty and their tech spent a little over 90 minutes clearing out my viruses and whatever else he did trying to solve the issue. The problem showed up the next day within minutes of starting a project and my impatience was obvious ... the tech talked me down and then was able to isolate the problem in less than 15 minutes. It has not recurred and I can tell you that having that problem solved is greatly appreciated. Today I used their help again and we were able to do it all on the chat page. My tech,took care of a new issue on the TOSHIBA laptop in about 12 minutes. My experience has me believing that having Live PC Expert "on call" is going to be a good investment. R Dan Allen

I am admittedly NOT computer savvy, so normally dealing with anything "technology" can be a major source of stress for me. I will not brag much. I had a problem. They solved it. But all that without any kind of trouble. Everything happened smoothly and at no point of time I had to worry. The process, in addition, was so simple that even a layman could understand it. In fact, I was able to monitor my pc repair with greater understanding. For those who don't understand technicalities of the system, Live PC Expert is strongly recommended for them.

At the age of 45, it's quite unfair to expect me to be a tech savvy. For me my PC is like a complex machine. And in case of any problem, I need help.
